We are getting several conflicting reports from Jon Heyman that the Phillies are considering bringing back Pedro Feliz for less money, but also are seriously contemplating a move to sign Chone Figgins also.
Bringing in Figgins would be quite a move and indicates to me that Jimmy Rollins may be a player the Phillies consider moving. There has been no discussion of that of course, but where would Rollins bat in the lineup? This could definitely affect the chemistry of the club, despite the fact that Rollins tends to put his team in harm’s way at times with his predictions (Phillies in 5 vs. the Yankees!).
