Jordan Bastian of MLB.com is reporting that Marco Scutaro has informed a Venezuelan reporter that he would like to play for either the Dodgers or Red Sox if given an opportunity.
Both teams have expressed some interest as has the Mariners and Rangers. There is also a possibility that Scutaro accepts arbitration from the Blue Jays but that scenario is not likely. The Red Sox may be the best fit from a need standpoint as the team could use a shortstop immediately, especially with Alex Gonzalez now off the market.
